Working with Jordan was an absolute pleasure. I knew May was in the best hands throughout her board and train. Jordan was extremely flexible in working with both my partner and myself to teach us both how to communicate with May to maintain her training.

After returning home, Coco has so much more confidence and control on walks and in public -- and Jordan trained us how to effectively use tools to reward and maintain that behavior. Even weeks after Coco returned home, I'm continually impressed at how differently she behaves during walks.
